Cheers! from the Duke of Bourbon
We are pleased to announce the release of the Goldeneye 2007 Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley, from our friends at Duckhorn Wine Company. The Wine Spectator rated the 2007 Pinot Noir vintage in the Anderson Valley 97 points, calling it a "grand year" and "an ideal growing season." Of course, we know who makes the best Pinot Noir in Anderson Valley . . . Goldeneye!
Goldeneye has always been a hit with Duke customers, Their Pinot Noirs are always of the highest quality with delicious flavors and true Burgundian characteristics. The 2007 vintage is even richer than last year's vintage. The winery notes tell us that it exhibits "Sophisticated aromas of star anise, morel mushrooms and toasty oak" followed by "ripe berry and bittersweet chocolate notes, underscored by hints of black licorice and truffle. A marriage of strength and harmony." We're sure you'll love this beauty.
List price $55.00 per bottle; Duke's sale price (for a limited time) is $39.99 per bottle ($239.94 per 6-pack)
