If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your cigar purchase, you may return it within 14 days for full credit or refund less charges for missing product and shipping costs. Partially smoked cigars are not acceptable for return. Returns must be in the same condition as shipped with original cellophane, box and packing. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Prior to returning any product you must call or email for an authorization code. Returns without authorization codes will not be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable. Accessories are covered by manufacture warranties against product defect and must be returned to the appropriate manufacturer for repair or replacement.
